Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $70. Standard shipping rate of $10 under $70. We also offer express shipping options, please see our shipping page for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to have your package shipped either the day you order or the next day, from there it can take anywhere from 1 – 10 days depending on where you live. You must also note that due to COVID-19 and natural disasters delays are expected. Please keep track of your parcel using your tracking number.
Are your products made from food grade silicone, are they safe?
Yes, absolutely, all our products are made from food grade silicone and are FDA approved. Made from eco-friendly 100% food grade silicone, non-toxic free from BPA, BPS, PVC, lead and phthalates.
Should I wash my products before using them?
100%. You should always, clean your products either by sterilising or placing them in the dishwasher before first use. With our Panda teethers, wipe over before first use.
Why is there a 'soapy' taste in your silicone products?
This is very unusual, however I have had a two people ask. This usually occurs due to the dishwashing liquid you are using has essential oils or moisturisers. Rest assured it is just these agents sticking to the silicone items and not the item absorbing the ingredients. Try a bi-carb or white vinegar soak overnight, wiping your item out with lemon juice and even boiling the item to get the residual dishwashing soap off.
Why isn't my bowl/plate suctioning?
Our suction bowls and plates are made to suction to clean sealed surfaces. These include, high chair tables, glass tables and some smooth bench top etc. To fully engage the suction press down on the bowl/plate so that no pockets of air are left underneath and the suction engages.
Why is my discount not applying?
Unfortunately, only one discount can be used per order. You cannot choose a discounted product and then add in a discount code on top (unless it is in the sale section of the website). Please be mindful of this.
During some big sale events, we disable further discounts.
