Offering more ways to snack! Our silicone snack cups have been designed to fit inside the b.box lunchbox and mini lunchbox to create additional compartments for added variety. The cups can be used at full size or folded down to suit lunchbox compartments (and appetites!) Ideal for separating and containing bite size foods, soggy crackers and runaway grapes will be a thing of the past.

The multipurpose silicone snack cups can also be used separately from the lunchbox; as a cup and lid for snacks or dips and other little bits or as baking molds so you can take your baked goods like muffins or quiches from oven to freezer to lunchbox. Now that’s clever!

So handy and versatile, use the silicone snacks cups to mix it up for a wholesome lunch and reduce reliance on individually wrapped snacks and single use items. Made from quality, food grade silicone the snack cups are dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe. Each pack contains two snack cups (or one base and one lid). 3 colour options available.

Care Instructions

At Nestor Avenue, we take great care in crafting products that can withstand the demands of daily use and more. 

This means you can rest easy knowing that they won't fall apart after just a few uses! 

In fact, our items are so durable that they can even be passed down from one generation to the next, enduring the rough and tumble play of even the wildest toddlers (and we all know how wild they can be 😜). 

Of course, even the toughest of items require some TLC from time to time. That's why we suggest following our care instructions:

Cleaning
  • Before first use, wash the product in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • After each use, wash the product in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
  • Use a mild detergent, avoiding anything overly fragrant. 
  • Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the product.
  • Avoid contact with sharp knives or objects.
  • Certain foods and liquids can stain silicone products, such as tomato-based sauces or brightly coloured juices. To prevent staining, we recommend cleaning promptly after use.
  • To remove any stains or discolouration, mix a small amount of baking soda with warm water to create a paste, apply it to the stained area, and let it sit for a few hours before rinsing it off. Direct sunlight can also help lift any discolouration from silicone. 
Heating
  • Our 100% silicone products are microwave, oven and air fryer safe in temperatures up to 230ºC. 
  • Do not put stainless steel components in the microwave, oven or air fryer.
  • Do not put reusable plastic icy pole sticks in the microwave, oven or air fryer.
Freezing
  • Our silicone products are freezer-safe to -40ºC, but it's important to ensure that the product is completely dry before placing it in the freezer.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes by allowing the product to cool down before placing it in the freezer.
  • To prevent freezer burn, we recommend transferring frozen food or liquid to an air-tight container or freezer bag. 
  • When transferring the food or liquid, be sure to label the container or bag with the date of freezing, so you can keep track of how long it has been stored. We recommend using frozen food or liquid within 3 months to ensure the best quality.
Storing
  • Store your product in a cool, dry place. Do not store it in direct sunlight or near a heat source, as this can damage the product.
  • Avoid storing silicone products with plastic to avoid any absorption of smells. Silicone is a non-porous material that does not absorb smells, but plastic products can absorb smells from other foods and liquids stored in them. Storing silicone products alongside plastic products can result in the silicone product taking on an unpleasant odour.
Safety warnings
  • Always use products with adult supervision.
  • Avoid sharp knives with silicone products.
  • Before each use, inspect the product. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness.
  • Always check food temperature before feeding. Hot food may cause burns. Heating in a microwave may produce localised high temperatures. Always stir heated food to ensure even heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.
  • Keep all components not in use out of reach of children.
Shippings + Returns

Nestor Avenue wants to get you what you ordered as quickly as possible. In doing so we aim for our orders to be dispatched the next business day, if not the same business day! Please note there are times were it may take more time to dispatch, however, these occasions are rare.

Standard delivery times are approximately 3-10 business days (please note: Covid & natural disasters have blown this time to up to 15 business days to remote areas and WA) from the time of order and depending on where you live. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. Shipping may be delayed at busy times of the year such as Christmas.

In the event a parcel is lost, missing or stolen, Nestor Avenue may not provide compensation. It will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Cost
  • FREE standard shipping Australia-wide applies to all orders with a goods value of $99 or more. 
  • A flat $10 standard shipping charge applies to all Australian orders under $99.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PO Boxes

Parcels can be sent to a PO Box!!! 

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there! 

Express post

We have a flat rate of $15 express shipping for all orders under $150. We do not offer express shipping over $150. Please contact if you wish to arrange this.

What if I provide the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as you realise that you have provided the wrong address, and we can let you know what the process is! If your parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, you as the customer will be required to pay a further $10 to get the items re-shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand with the following rates $15 for up to .5kg, $20 for up to 1kg and $30 for up to 2kg. We currently do not offer free shipping to New Zealand.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Change of mind returns will be at the purchaser's cost (this includes the postage it cost to send the items at the purchaser's cost), and faulty products will be at Nestor Avenue's cost.

There is a 10% fee associated with ALL refunds/cancelled orders to cover fees associated with the refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nestoravenue.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you via email. If parcels are returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also take a picture of the damaged items and send it to our email address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
