Made from tritan™, our unique big kids’ drink bottle is ideal for kindy and school kids.  Its unique triangle shape bottle is designed specifically for little hands, making it easier for kids to grip. Easy push button pops open the lid, keeping straw tops hygienic when closed and never goes astray. Spill-proof bite valve straw top prevents accidental spills. Robust carry handle makes it easy for kids to carry and remove out of school bags. Its 450ml capacity and angled silicone straw lets kids drink to the very last drop and stay hydrated throughout the day. Minimal parts and ultra easy to assemble / disassemble and clean. Dishwasher safe(top rack only) . Plus, customise the look with removable bumper.
Care Instructions

Please do not place our Tritan drink bottles in the freezer (they are happiest between 0 and 90 degrees Celsius)

  • To disassemble and reassemble your bottle for cleaning refer to our insulated drink bottle instructional video.
  • To effectively clean your drink bottle remove the silicone straw top & straw stem and wash with warm, soapy water. We recommend a cleaning brush set to thoroughly clean through the straw and mouthpiece. Allow your straw top, stem, and other parts to dry completely before reassembling.


Is your insulated drink bottle is leaking?

  • Your insulated drink bottle is only leak-proof when the flip lid is shut, the straw itself is not leak-proof. So, it will leak if the lid is left open and the bottle is tipped on an angle or upside down.
  • If it seems to be leaking when the flip lid is shut, try closing the lid slowly so you can ensure the groove inside the lid is matching up with the straw. It’s also a good time to check your straw top (mouthpiece) and straw stem are connected and inserted properly as shown in our insulated drink bottle instructional video.
  • Always make sure the straw top is pulled through all the way until it ‘clicks’ into place, and that the straw disk that sits under the lid is firmly pressed in place.
Shippings + Returns

Nestor Avenue wants to get you what you ordered as quickly as possible. In doing so we aim for our orders to be dispatched the next business day, if not the same business day! Please note there are times were it may take more time to dispatch, however, these occasions are rare.

Standard delivery times are approximately 3-10 business days (please note: Covid & natural disasters have blown this time to up to 15 business days to remote areas and WA) from the time of order and depending on where you live. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. Shipping may be delayed at busy times of the year such as Christmas.

In the event a parcel is lost, missing or stolen, Nestor Avenue may not provide compensation. It will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

  • FREE standard shipping Australia-wide applies to all orders with a goods value of $99 or more. 
  • A flat $10 standard shipping charge applies to all Australian orders under $99.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there! 

Express post

We have a flat rate of $15 express shipping for all orders under $150. We do not offer express shipping over $150. Please contact if you wish to arrange this.

What if I provide the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as you realise that you have provided the wrong address, and we can let you know what the process is! If your parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, you as the customer will be required to pay a further $10 to get the items re-shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand with the following rates $15 for up to .5kg, $20 for up to 1kg and $30 for up to 2kg. We currently do not offer free shipping to New Zealand.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Change of mind returns will be at the purchaser's cost (this includes the postage it cost to send the items at the purchaser's cost), and faulty products will be at Nestor Avenue's cost.

There is a 10% fee associated with ALL refunds/cancelled orders to cover fees associated with the refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nestoravenue.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you via email. If parcels are returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also take a picture of the damaged items and send it to our email address. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
